Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have up to thirty (30) days from the purchase date to return your item(s) for a full refund to the original payment method for the order.
All items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with the original delivery note.
Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team we reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
If you would like to exchange for the same style but a different size please indicate in the return form.
On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning and include this in the package.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
All returns must be shipped from the same location they were purchased from, and this information is only valid for US orders.
